Attendance Policy: Regular attendance is crucial. Consistent presence at rehearsals is essential for the smooth running of a production and the development of individual performances. Cast members must inform the Production Coordinator as soon as possible about any expected absences, ideally with a valid reason. Medical emergencies, family issues, and pre-scheduled conflicts may be considered excused absences with proper notification. If a cast member misses significant rehearsals, their role may be adjusted or reduced.

Punctuality: There are no excuses for lateness to a rehearsal or performance. There are moments when a real crisis may disrupt you from your appointed arrival time, so plan for those moments by arriving well before the designated time. If lateness is truly unavoidable, you must call or text the Executive Camp Director (funny, she’s never late) and let her know your expected arrival time. Remember this: If you're not early, you're late!

Cell Phones: Turn them off or to vibrate when entering a rehearsal or performance space.
